With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joanne Touchton Tosh (Colora, Maryland), who passed away on June 20, 2019 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Julia Touchton (Prettyman) and Norman "Dick" Touchton. She is survived by: her children, Betsy T. Hilaman (James), Jane Marsteller (Harry), John "Jay" S. Tosh, Jr. and Norman L. Tosh (Cathy). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Mrs. Tosh's honor may be made payable to "West Nottingham Presbyterian Church" and sent in care of R.T. Foard Funeral Home, PO Box 248, Rising Sun, MD 21911.
