He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Parrett and Elizabeth Parrett (Laird). He is survived by: his wife Shonie Parrett; his sons, James (Caroline), Richard, Randall (Ida) and Jason Parrett (Judi); and his grandchildren, Lindsay, Adam, Noah, Geoffrey and Carlee Parrett. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
