He is survived by: his wife Linda Weaver Smoker; his son Richard Keith Smoker; his daughter-in-law Rebecca Smoker of Rising Sun; his son Rodney Smoker of Gap, PA.; his sisters, Ann Stern, Verna Heisler and Linda Jackson (Kenneth); and his grandson Justin Smoker. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
