She was predeceased by: her parents, James Case and Mary Elizabeth Scott Case; and her brother Roland Case. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Welch; her granddaughter Savannah N. Welch; and her siblings, Helen L. Thomas of Elkton, MD, Donald Case of Elkton, MD, James Case, Jr. of Elkton, MD, Paula Spence of Elkton, MD, Arlene Stringer, Rising Sun, MD, Alice Green and Jayne Case.
