He is survived by: his parent Dorothy Kerns Winkler; his wife Barbara Muir Winkler of Colora, MD; his daughters, Elizabeth Gullion (Brian), Heather Van Bergen (Bernie) and Kelly Pauley (Scott); his grandchildren, Ari, Ethan, Nicholas and Zachary; and his brother Scott Winkler.
