He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles B. Montgomery and Grace P. Vansant Montgomery; and his sister Helen Montgomery Janney. He is survived by: his wife Debra Montgomery of Rising Sun, MD; his children, Shawn David Montgomery of Alton, IL, Desiree Montgomery Zuzack of Newark, DE and Brianna Lea Antao Montgomery of Rising Sun, MD; and his siblings, Charles Montgomery, Kenneth Montgomery and Jean Jones. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
