He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Edward Barlow, Jr. and Sarah Elizabeth Barlow (MacAvaney); and his siblings, Henry E. Barlow III and Martha S. Webb. He is survived by: his siblings, Phyllis L. Barlow, Sarah E. Ford, John T. Barlow, Norman W. Barlow (Maralee), Sharon R. Zickgraf (Thomas) and Gail F. Hertach (Richard). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
