She was predeceased by: her husband James H. Herbert, Jr. (Sonny); her mother Mary E. Ruleman; and her siblings, Berlin W. Ruleman, Jr., Doris M. Jackson and Sonja A. Baxter.
She is survived by: her sons, Douglas W. Herbert (Annie) of Flagstaff, AZ and Bradley L. Herbert of College Park, MD.; her grandchildren, James M., Charles T. and Mary Elizabeth; and her great grandchild Mliki Herbert. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
