It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Armstrong of College Park, Maryland, who passed away on January 23, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nieva Tiongson Armstrong; his parents, Philip Joseph and Mary Dorothy Brown Armstrong; and his siblings, Mary Armstrong, Debbie Armstrong, Elizabeth Armstrong Coyne, Philip Armstrong and Bernard Armstrong.
