He was predeceased by: his parents, George Franklin Batka and Virginia Marsh Batka. He is survived by: his siblings, James F. Batka (Noel), John F. Batka (Mary Kay) and Mary Batka Depenbrock (John); his nephews, Jim (Joyce), Rick (Clara), Jeremy (Emily), Brian and Brett (Allyse); his niece Julie; his great-niece Blakely; and his great-nephew Thomas.
