It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beulah Hoover of College Park, Maryland, who passed away on October 22, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Olin Frederick "Poodie" Smith and Margaret Pauline Miller Smith; and her siblings, Jim Smith, Gerald Smith, Olin "Sonny" Smith, Jr., Gene Smith, Sr. and Lucy G. Propst.
She is survived by: her spouse Jerry R. Hoover.
