She was predeceased by: her husband Steven H. Zelubowski; and her parents, Thomas Sipilchuk and Pauline Bilecka Sipilchuk. She is survived by: her son Steven A. Zelubowski; her grandchildren, Alexandra Zelubowski and Steven A. Zelubowski, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Penelope Zelubowski, Josephine Peyser, Luke Zelubowski and Wilhelmina Peyser; and her sister Anna Karmazin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Zelubowski's memory to St. Andrew Orthodox Church.
