She was predeceased by: her husband Owen Shugard. She is survived by: her siblings, Annie Hancock, Jean Lucas and Albert Moss (Donna Moss); her children, Elaine Cerminaro and Owen Stephen Shugard (Leslee Shugard); her grandchildren, Tony Cerminaro, Dominick Cerminaro (Jeremias Alvarez) and Tina Ludwig; and her great grandchildren, Luke Cerminaro, Jack Cerminaro, Zoe Cerminaro, Evan Ludwig and Liam Ludwig.

In lieu of giving flowers, the family asks to instead make a donation to House of Ruth, Baltimore.
