It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Ann Joyce of Cockeysville, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on March 12, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George L. Sacks, Sr. and Hazel A. Sacks (Schmidt); her brothers, George L. Sacks, Jr. and Fred Sacks; and her sons, Kevin James Joyce and Richard F. Joyce, III.
She is survived by: her husband Richard F. Joyce, Jr.; her daughter Tammy Medford (Joe); her granddaughters, Bailey Joyce and Isabel Medford; and her great grandchild Jordan Edward Brokus, Jr. (Alongside).
