He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Haak and Katharine M. Haak. He is survived by: his wife Susan A. Haak; his children, Dax Haak (Kelli Wheatley) and Jill Haak Bohnenkamp (Brian); his grandchildren, Frank Haak, Dax Christopher Haak, Rose Haak, Gabrielle Bohnenkamp and Vivianne Bohnenkamp; and his siblings, Katharine Haglund (Bonnie), Patricia Haak, Martin Haak and Gerald Haak. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other loving family and friends.
