He is survived by: his children, Michael F. Fafaul, Sr. (Barbara) and Janine M. Culotta (Christopher); and his grandchildren, Michael F. Fafaul, Jr., Monica R. Fafaul, Nicholas M. Culotta (Olivia) and Alexander C. Culotta.
