She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Earl Hotem, Sr.; and her brothers, Anthony Baikauskas (late Mary Lou) and Martin Baikauskas. She is survived by: her sons, Robert E. Hotem, Jr. (Jay), Jeffrey L. Hotem (Michelle) and David R. Hotem (Lori); her grandchildren, Stephanie, Kathryn, Ben, Jack, Riley, Kate and Drew; and her siblings, James Baikauskas (Sharon) and Mary Taylor (Mel). She is also survived by many loving extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, monetary donations may be made in Dorothy's name to Calvert Hall College H.S., 8102 Lasalle Road, Towson, MD 21286.
