He was predeceased by: his brother Bernie Sachs. He is survived by: his children, Steven Sachs (Kimberly), Sharon Rose (Aharon), Dovid Sachs (Chaya Bruria) and Devora Katz (Raphoel); and his brother Alvin Sachs (Marsha). He is also survived by many granchildren and great-grandchildren.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Sol Levinson's Chapel (8900 Reisterstown Rd, Pikesville, MD 21208).
