It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carmella Loretto Rowan of Cockeysville, Maryland, who passed away on October 8, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Michael Stasulli and Dorothy Stasulli (Lynch); her daughter Colleen Clarke; her grandchildren, Caitlin, Brian and Megan Clarke; and her siblings, Dorothy Cudmore, Michael Stasulli (Sharon) and Dominick Stasulli (Janet). She was also cherished by her many nieces and nephews.
