She was predeceased by: her husband Josef Huculak. She is survived by: her children, John Huculak, Mary Maisch and Joseph Huculak; her grandchildren, John Huculak, Lisa Huculak Rosenberg, Kristine Ellingsen, Ian, Hannah and Natalia Huculak; and her great grandchildren, Renee, Christopher Rosenberg, Owen and Zoey Brockert. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS, masks must be worn and social distancing must be maintained while visiting the funeral home, church and cemetery.
