He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond J. Arcement, Sr. and Ora Ann Arcement; and his former wife Barbara Arcement. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Arcement (Marty); his children, Eric Arcement (Victoria), Stacey Welchner (Brian) and Nicole Patterson (late Michael); his grandchildren, Kyle, Zackery, Nathan and Luke; and his siblings, John Arcement (Terry) and Phyllis Detiveaux.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Lutheran Church (7365 Indian Head Hwy, Bryans Road, MD 20616).
