He is survived by: his children, William H Meck III, Patricia Herrell and Alida Bevill (Sean); his grandchildren, Crystal Fisher, Jessica McGirt, Graham Bevill, Beau Bevill, Sawyer Bevill and Brooke Bevill; and his wife Gerti. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
