He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard V. and Daisy (Ralston) of Maine; his wife Rosalie M. Nowery; his children, Deborah M. Hershman (James) of Leesburg and Michael W. (Jenny) of Fredericksburg; his brother George; and his sister-in-law Nancy. He was also cherished by ten grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren, as well as many other relatives and friends.
