She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Proctor, Sr.; and her parents, James Hopkins and Eloise Hopkins. She is survived by: her sons, Paul Jr. and Cory Proctor; her daughter-in-law Jennifer Frank; her grandchildren, Aiden and Camden Proctor; and her brothers, James, Charles and Gerald Hopkins. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
