She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Hoover, Sr. and Nellie D. Hoover (Marshall); her husband Clinton O. Rowland, III; her siblings, Charles E. Hoover, Jr., Kenneth M. Hoover, Robert L. Hoover and Mary Louise Martin (Hoover); her grandson Jeffrey A. Rowland; and her niece Barbara Warden (Martin).
She is survived by: her children, Clinton O. Rowland, IV and Cynthia O. Nelson (John); her grandsons, Jason M. Rowland and Christopher S. Rowland; and her great grandchildren, Christopher S. Rowland, Jr. and Ashton J. Rowland. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
