We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2021, at the age of 86, Richard Ernest Drechsler of Clinton, Maryland, born in Washington, District of Columbia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl William Drechsler, Sr. and Anna Agnes Drechsler; his great-aunt Amelia Holtz Fitzpatrick; his stepmother Hildegarde Josephine Drechsler; and his siblings, Carl Henry Drechsler (Clara), Albert Drechsler (Frances), George Drechsler (Carolyn), Elsie Pugh, Thomas Drechsler, Mary Louise Baltimore (Elton) and Gerald Drechsler (Deborah).
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Behrens Drechsler; his great-uncle Michael Aloysius Fitzpatrick; his siblings, Robert Drechsler and Jane Ellen Drechsler; his sister-in-law Ann Drechsler; his sons, Kurt Drechsler, Sr. (Joi Daubach) and Mark Drechsler (Patricia); his grandchildren, Kurt Drechsler, Jr., Michael Drechsler (Nicole Millman), Sara Brown (Larry), Nicholas Drechsler, Abigail Drechsler (Jack Sanford) and Matthew Drechsler (Leslie); his great grandchild Hunter Drechsler; his daughter-in-law Robyn Winship; his son Dennis Bougher (Genei); and his grandchildren, Kristen, Emily and Christopher Bougher.
