He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Medina and Veronica Medina. He is survived by: his wife Luba; his children, Joann, David and Linda Samantha; his grandchildren, Christina, Victor Jr., Kaitlyn, David Jr., Miguel and Stephen; his great grandchild Alison; and his siblings, Elba, Juan, Gladys and William. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In Lieu of flowers the family asks donations be made to either St. Jude's or The Childrens Hospital.
