She was predeceased by: her parents, George R. Jenkins and Lydia Mae Jenkins; and her brother George Robert Jenkins, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Janet Sherlock (Tom) and John Byrd (Melinda); her grandchildren, Jessica and Christian Sherlock (Sarah); and her sister Lorraine Murphy. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
