She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Wade Short and Dorothy Eleanor [Jones] Short; her husband Robert Spriggs; and her sister Joanne Treherne. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Gill, Carol Kneiss [Gary] and Mike Spriggs [Carolyn]; and her grandchildren, Ashley Gill, Robert Gill, Lauren Ruehle, Rachel Richie and Beth Kneiss. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
