She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Howard and Irene Howard; her brother Douglas Robert "Butch" Howard; and her parents-in-law, Lawrence Andes Sr. and Olivia Andes.
She is survived by: her husband Lawrence E. Andes, Jr.; her daughters, Leigh Clark, Janet Smith (Robert) and Mary Andes; and her grandchildren, Stephen (Jessyca), Nicole, Nathan, Ronald, Keleigh and Joshua.
