He was predeceased by: his daughter Laura L. Owens; his granddaughter Anaiya K. Owens; and his parents, Robert Owens Sr. and Rosa L Beagle Owens of Stanford, KY. He is survived by: his wife Rose Owens (Windsor); his daughters, Sharon (Owens) and Michelle Owens; his granddaughters, Ashley N. Largen and Jessica Largen; his great grandchild Michael C. Mundey, Jr.; and his brother Robert Owens, Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
