She was predeceased by: her son Kevin; her brothers, Llewellyn Cordell and Gregory; and her daughter Sheril. She is survived by: her children, LaSharn and Dwayne; her husband Roy E. Bowden; her son Roy Jr.; her mother Elizabeth E. K. Lawrence (Roy); her children, Tonia of Washington and Eboni Muldrow; her siblings, Anthony (late Gwendolyn), John (Patricia), Titus (late Calandra), Erlene, Gwendolyn Lawrence and LaKisha Jackson; her grandchildren, Jocelyn, Byshop, Zackary, DeAndre, Ayden, Diamond, Mahogany, Jasmine, Joshua, Jaxxon and Kyndal; her cousins, Merrill Neal-Bullock, Ludie and Helen Kidd; and her adoptive children, Luke Allen, Rachel Perry, Shanice Singh, Alexis Eason, Richard Price (Boomer), Ricky, Eddie Baxter and Samantha McDaniel.
