He was predeceased by: his wife Debora Louise (Persell); his daughter Christina Patrick; and his stepson T. J. Persell. He is survived by: his daughter Joan Marie Bryson; his stepson Todd Persell; and his siblings, Eugene, Regina and Bonnie. He is also survived by his cousins and late wife's sisters.
