She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Garnet Short and Mae Eliouse Short (Jarrell); and her brother David Short. She is survived by: her husband Henry; her sons, Michael, Steven and Christopher; her daughter-in-law Krista Busky (Wright); and her grandsons, Evan, Dominic, Nicholas, Matthew and Joshua (Maddy).
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Lee Funeral Home (6633 Old Alexandria Ferry Rd, Clinton, MD 20735).
