He was predeceased by: his grandmother Momma Dee. He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey Proctor and Keisha Clark-Proctor; his grandmother Duchess; his brothers, JoVaughn Proctor and Jeffrey; and his grandmother Sandra Clark.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Lee Funeral Home (6633 Old Alexandria Ferry Rd, Clinton, MD 20735). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
