He is survived by: his children, Sonya Goins, Sharon Otey (Mark Otey) and John D. Goins; and his sister Joan Goins Bradshaw. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and many extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mt. Ennon Baptist Church (9832 Piscataway Rd, Clinton, MD 20735). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery (11301 Robert S. Crain Hwy, Cheltenham, MD 20623).
