He is survived by: his wife Shirley Nelson (Kivlin); his children, Chad Nelson (Dawn), Tracy Thorne and Keri Gregoire (Chris); his nephew Michael Mahoney; and his grandchildren, Alexandra, Connor, Kasey, Ryan, Drew, Luke and Ray.
