With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fletcher Louie Tinsley of Clinton, Maryland, who passed away on September 10, 2022 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Rejeana Tinsley; his daughters, Necole Martinez and Ashanti Tinsley (Harell); his sisters, Magdalena Green (Ronald) and Blanche Tinsley; and his grandsons, Justin Bumbray, Joshua Bumbray and Cristian Martinez Jr. A. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
