She was predeceased by: her parents, Ward Hayes and Nell Hayes. She is survived by: her husband Mike; her daughter JoAnne (Wesley); and her siblings, Jeanie (Sonny), Reba (Leslie), Nancy (John), Becky (Ron), Vicky (Jerry), Jerry and Ralph Hayes (Sarah). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Due to COVID restrictions, the funeral service will be limited to family members only.
