He is survived by: his wife Donna Moore Keffer of Staunton, VA; his daughter Katie Ann Ball (Jason) of Bowie, MD; his sisters, Ella Light (Norris) of Sharon and Roxanne Chaney (Bill) of Marmet; his grandchildren, Charles, Jacob, Autumn, Bryce and Devyn; and his great grandchild Eliana.
