She was predeceased by: her husband Nathaniel Henry Kelly Sr.; her sons, Nathaniel Kelly Jr. and John Melvin Kelly; and her sisters, Doris Wade and Helen Owens.
She is survived by: her children, Freddie Kelly, Jeffery Kelly and Lori Kelly; and her siblings, Mae Clark and Carl Wade. She is also survived by family members, including grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lee Funeral Home (6633 Old Alexandria Ferry Rd, Clinton, MD 20735). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Robert Massie Funeral Home (402 Rio Concho Dr, San Angelo, TX 76903).
