He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris E. Hicks and Robert Lee Eastern; his brother Larry D. Hicks; his grandmother Nancy M. Hicks; and his uncle James M. Hicks.
He is survived by: his siblings, Joseph, Gary, Sheila and Thomas; his great-aunt Mary Queen; his aunts, Geraldine and Cathrine; his uncle William Hicks (Jimmy); and his friend Antoinette Watkins. He is also survived by his family and Friends, but mainly his Nieces and Nephews.
