He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry Kratz and Ellen Frances Kratz (Kline); his sisters, Frances Higgins and Jane Everett; and his grandson Thomas J. Kratz.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Kratz (Moore); his children, Stephanie Metcalf (Dave), Lisa E. Kratz and William T. Kratz Jr. (Sherri); his grandson Bryan W. Kratz; his stepgrandchildren, Jennifer Dunn and Jason Metcalf; and his great grandchild Duke J. Kratz.
