She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Leon Small Sr. and Naomi Small (Hawbaker); her husband John Franklin Kaylor; and her siblings, Elaine N. Shirk, Vera F. Kirkpatrick, Freda R. Stone, Esther L. Shirley, Mildred Ruth Hart, Marshall Small and Earl Leon Small Jr. (Johnny).
She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Elizabeth Kaylor of Clear Spring and Ruth A. Guessford (Brian) of Schellsburg, PA.; her grandchildren, Christopher, Stephen, Joseph and Leah Guessford; her siblings, Milbrey Jeanne Templon of Hagerstown and Norman Sterling Small of Clear Spring; and her niece Dixie.
