He was predeceased by: his parents, Terry Lee and Edna Sines (Miller). He is survived by: his wife Kelli Sines; his children, Kelly Davis (Tim), Kerri Fotta (Michael), Christopher Rowland, Kelsi Beard (Dalton), Kacee Stouffer (Dylan) and Tanner Sines (Mya Wolfe); his grandchildren, Tatum (Tater Bug"), Poppy, Jack, Kylee, Tyler, Kierslyn, Michael Kade, Kennadi and Kamilyn; and his great grandchildren, Delaney and Scarlett.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stauffer Funeral Home-Boonsboro (7606 Old National Pike, Boonsboro, MD 21713).
