He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman A. Halteman and Viola Mae Halteman (Hedrick). He is survived by: his wife Martha M. Halteman (Strite); his children, S. Eldon Halteman (Elaine), Gloria Oaks (Jerrold Jr.), Sandra Campbell (late Jason), Arlin Halteman (Patricia), Suellen Halteman and John Halteman (Lisa); and his brother Norman Halteman (Crystal). He is also survived by 33 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren.
