She is survived by: her children, Brenda Milligan of Clear Spring, MD, Wendy Lowe of Martinsburg, WV, Robin Franklin of Falling Waters, WV, Vicky Schildtnecht of Frederick, MD, David Lowe of West Chester, PA and Ronald Lowe of Gaithersburg, MD; and her sisters, Nancy Crotts of Bracey, VA and Jean Carmichael of Ahoskie, NC. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren; 16 great great grandchildren.
