It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard James Baker Jr. of Clear Spring, Maryland, born in Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on March 8, 2024, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard James Baker Sr. and Nancy Louise Billman (Stine). He is survived by: his wife Linda K. Baker (Sprecher) of Clear Spring, MD; his children, Kasandra Novinger (Jarrett) of Hampton, VA, Archie Snyder, Jr. of Falling Waters, WV and Edwin Thomas (Cary) of Falling Waters, WV; his sisters, Nancy L. Baker of McConnellsburg, PA, Mary Castle-Horne of Clear Spring, MD and Rose Mowen (Daniel) of Greencastle, PA; and his grandson Conner Thomas Novinger.
