He was predeceased by: his parent Charles William Sprecher; his wife Charlotte Arline Sprecher (Feigley); his daughter-in-law Carolyn Sprecher; and his siblings, Mary Sprecher, Charles Sprecher and Luther Sprecher.
He is survived by: his parent Lula Mae Sprecher (Slick); his children, Linda K. Baker (Rick) of Clear Spring, MD and Raymond W. Sprecher, Jr. of Smithsburg, MD; and his grandchildren, Archie Snyder, Jr., Kimberly VanMeter, Bradley Sprecher, Matthew Sprecher, Kasandra Novinger and Edwin Thomas, III.
