She was predeceased by: her parents, Resley E. Speaker and Mary Elizabeth Williams Speaker; her husband Glen F. Hornbaker; and her siblings, Catherine Speaker, Fern Cline, Pearl Koontz, Josephine Ardinger, Nancy Miller, Ray, Elmer, Donald, Resley Eugene and William Howard Speaker.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy D. Hornbaker of Clear Spring and Lori A. Irvin (David) of Clear Spring; and her siblings, Eleanor Frazee of Hagerstown, Helen Milburn of Sharpsburg, Ruby Hornbaker of Clear Spring and Wilbur Speaker of North Dakota. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
